Christiane has almost 25 years of merchandising and general management experience with several leading retail companies and across a wide range of retail segments. She is currently Senior Vice President, Ecommerce for Full Beauty Brands, the leading direct to consumer women’s plus size and men’s big and tall apparel retailer. In this capacity, she oversees the ecommerce and marketplace businesses for the company’s 7 brands.

Christiane started her career in buying and merchandising for stores but transitioned 5 years ago to the omni-channel and ecommerce side initially at Gap, where as Vice President Global Product Operations, she led development of the company’s global omni-channel operating model. After leaving Gap, she joined Minted as Vice President, Crowdsource Design and Merchandise Operations where she oversaw the product development and launch processes for one of the largest crowdsource retailers.

Prior to those roles, she held a variety of senior roles including Vice President/General Manager Old Navy Men’s from 2011 to 2013, Chief Merchandising Officer of American Eagle’s aerie division from 2008 to 2010 and Vice President Merchandising at Victoria’s Secret from 2004 to 2008. She started her retail career at Neiman Marcus in their Executive Development program and also worked at Procter and Gamble in Brand Management for several years.

Christiane received a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and a M.B.A from the Kenan-Flager Business School at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. She currently lives in Larchmont, NY with her husband, 18 year-old son and 5 year old identical twin daughters.
