Chris Hardisty


VP, Retail and Digital
With over 15 years of retail experience, Chris has held multiple roles within the industry, including executive leadership over digital and physical retail stores for multiple globally-recognized apparel and footwear brands, including Lacoste, Timberland, and PUMA.

Throughout his career, Chris has sought to provide strategic and operational leadership by providing an omnichannel-focused, customer-centric vision, with a goal of developing results-oriented, team-driven work environments where the customer sits at the center of everything.

Having graduated from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management, Chris's professional career began in accounting and finance for a technology company. Not long after, Chris took his first position in retail as an analyst for Timberland's Consumer Direct division. It was there Chris discovered his passion for retail. He quickly found himself gravitating towards roles in strategic planning, analytics, store operations, real estate, and ecommerce. Chris's project experience has extended across multiple strategic initiatives, including website redesigns and replatforms, international ecommerce expansion, omnichannel rollouts, CRM programs, and POS replacements.
