Callie is the Executive Vice President of Customer Care for T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile. Callie and her team of 30,000+ employees are on a mission to cement T-Mobile as THE best brand for customer care. Period. Not just in wireless.

For 15 years, Callie has taken on a variety of leadership roles on T-Mobile’s retail team, driving record-setting growth, and eventually joining the Un-carrier’s award-winning Care Team and Senior Leadership Team.

Today, Callie is the architect behind a massive revolution in customer service: Team of Experts (TEX), a breakthrough new customer care model designed to give customers a real, live, human Team of Experts when they call or message. Team of Experts launched nationwide in 2018 and continues to break records, ensuring customers are happier, staying longer, deepening their relationship with T-Mobile, and doing all of it with less effort…and a lot more joy.
