Cailin is an experienced retail and technology leader with a strong background in consulting, customer success, and omnichannel transformation. Prior to NewStore, she advised global retailers on complex technology and operational initiatives as a senior consultant at BRP, following several leadership roles at Bloomingdale’s. She also holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School.
As Vice President of Customer Experience at NewStore, Cailin leads the strategy and execution of the end-to-end customer lifecycle. She drives a unified, data-driven approach to customer health and value delivery, ensuring cross-functional alignment that strengthens customer outcomes and supports NewStore’s growth.
