As the SVP of North America Value Added Services, Bill is the general manager across sales and product for the Value-added services business. Prior to this role Bill was the head of global sales for Visa Acceptance solutions, his responsibilities include design, build, administration, and delivery of the global sales strategy and execution plans across the Visa Acceptance Solutions portfolio. Prior to joining Visa, Mr. Serino held various executive sales leadership roles across Code Climate, Harbr, and Unifi software. Prior to entering into the startup arena, Mr. Serino was the Area Vice President of Sales for Pivotal Software, in this role Bill was responsible for all sales in the East, the Financial services vertical, as well as the general management of the Pivotal office in New York City. Bill was a founding member of Pivotal Software and was instrumental in leading the company to a successful IPO. Mr. Serino has extensive experience driving sales growth and strategy across multiple verticals and industries. Prior to joining Pivotal, Mr. Serino held several strategic selling roles at EMC and Oracle.
