Dr. Bill Hardgrave currently serves as President of the University of Memphis. In 2005, Hardgrave founded the RFID Lab which became the world’s leading center for examining the business value of RFID. He has worked with numerous companies, including Walmart, Macy’s, Dillard’s, and Target, on a variety of RFID projects. Dr. Hardgrave is an accomplished scholar - having published several books and more than 100 articles - and is considered a thought leader in the field of RFID.
