Andy has more than 29 years of experience in the IT industry with a heavy focus in the retail sector. He has helped many high-profile retailers implement solutions to enhance their customers’ experience, improve operational efficiencies and remove risk from their business. Prior to CDW, Andy was an Assistant Store Manager in charge of Operations for a big box retailer which inspired him to help brands use technology as a competitive advantage.
