Andria Mendicino is the Senior Director of Concierge at Aritzia. In her role, she leads a high-performance team across North America, while overseeing all operations related to the day-to-day functions and strategic planning of the Concierge Division which is the customer service arm of the organization.

Andria joined Aritzia in 2013, holding several leadership roles in Retail, People and Culture, and Concierge throughout her 11-year tenure. She is known for her exceptional ability to inspire her teams and as well as her deep-rooted knowledge of outstanding customer experiences, and the constantly evolving retail industry. Andria is focused on offering everyday luxury experiences to the Aritzia client as well as her team, both of which begin with outstanding technology.
Andria resides in Toronto, Ontario, and spends her time outside of the office with her family and mentoring young women through Monday Girl.
