Andrew Laudato began his career as a computer programmer but quickly discovered a passion for both business and technology. He realized that the intersection of these fields is where innovation flourishes, enabling both individuals and companies to succeed.
With over 20 years of experience as a CIO/CTO, Laudato now serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at The Vitamin Shoppe. In this role, he has led key areas such as digital commerce, information technology, enterprise portfolio management, supply chain, inventory management, strategic sourcing, quality, and commercialization.
Laudato has been recognized with several prestigious honors, including Retail Person of the Year by the VIP Awards, HMG COO of the Year, Global Retail Leader by Rethink Retail.
As a leader in innovation, Laudato co-founded and chairs the Retail AI Council. He also serves as a board member of Lideranca, a company focused on driving success through leadership, team building, and cultural development.
