With 12 years of experience, Ana Carolina built her career at one of the largest strategic consultancies in the world, Bain & Company, working in various sectors with a focus on major transformations and strategic planning. Subsequently, Ana led the B2B marketing area of the second largest fintech in Latin America, Creditas. With a degree in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas EAESP-FGV and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago, she has worked in various regions of Brazil and several countries in South America. At GPA since January 2023, Ana Carolina leads the areas of Customers (CX) and strategy.
