Alicianne is the VP of Growth Marketing at Rent The Runway where she leads customer acquisition across marketing channels. Founded in 2009, Rent The Runway is pioneering a new industry by transforming the traditional model of clothing consumption, making apparel rental an indispensable utility while also powering women to feel their best every day.

Prior to RTR, Alicianne led global content, social and influencer marketing for the Estée Lauder Companies across their portfolio of brands (32 companies, 150 countries). In this role, she was focused on scaling consumer-centric owned, earned and paid strategies that built brand awareness, engagement and sales. Previously, Alicianne spent six years as Vice President of Marketing at NewsCred, the leading content marketing platform, where she grew the company from two to 200 increased annual recurring revenue by 30x, helped lead the company through four rounds of funding ($90M total). Finally, Alicianne started her career at Wolff Olins, the global brand and innovation consultancy, where she led brand strategy for high-profile clients like GE, Citibank, AOL and NBC. Alicianne graduated magna cum laude with a dual degree in Psychology and Sociology from Georgetown University.
