Adam leads Deloitte’s U.S. retail stores practice and has 15+ years of consulting and industry experience. He has advised the firm's largest retail clients on driving growth, developing customer-centric digital solutions, and creating operational efficiencies with improved in-store associate experiences. Adam has a proven track record of helping retailers leverage their physical stores to improve omnichannel performance while delivering transformational & sustainable change at scale.
Adam received his MBA from The University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he was a Dean's Scholar. He also holds a BA in Economics from Davidson College.
