Data security has long been a hot topic in foodservice, but with all the new data becoming available to operators, data analytics is once again a key application and focus as the two had to go hand in hand with one another. Customer data is much more prevalent in the industry and acts as the gateway to your customers. Understanding who your customers are and what they want is key to creating loyal guests, but their data must be secured at all times.
