Monday morning at NRF 2018 will feature three highly accomplished women with unique backgrounds through successive moderated fireside chats. 

8:30-9:00am: Beth Comstock on transforming corporate culture through disruption and innovation

GE’s vice chair Beth Comstock, who will leave the company at the end of 2017, will bring to the table 27 years of executive experience at the giant multinational conglomerate. In her most recent role, Beth led GE’s efforts to accelerate new growth through GE’s Business Innovations unit. She will provide insights into transforming a traditional corporate culture into a more entrepreneurial mindset and creating a culture that is keyed into business agility and staying ahead of the curve. NRF 2018 will be Beth’s first public appearance since leaving GE.

Huffington Post founder and founder and CEO, Thrive Global, Arianna Huffington will take the stage to discuss on the importance of changing the way we work and live. With the backdrop of her company, Thrive Global, she will explore the direct correlation between well-being and workplace performance. Arianna makes an impassioned and compelling case for the need to redefine what it means to be successful in today's world.

9:30-10:00: Helena Foulkes on empowering consumers to make everyday health care better

CVS Pharmacy president and EVP of CVS Health, Helena Foulkes, will discuss the company’s strategy to leverage its vast retail footprint and 100,000 healthcare professionals in communities around the country to increase access, lower cost and improve everyday health care for consumers. From becoming the first national pharmacy retailer to stop selling tobacco to its planned acquisition of AETNA, Helena will give insight into the purpose-driven culture at CVS Health that informs the company’s bold moves.
