The concept of 'Farm to Fork' and the supply chain has been in the spotlight for a while, because consumers want to know more than ever where their food is coming from, and the operator has been looking to establish new and focused local, regional and national providers. Using technology such as blockchain, we can better address the point of production through transportation, storage, and onto the customer's plate.
