Cyber wargame

As society has become increasingly transformed through Internet-based communication and data exchange, cyber threats have increased in both sophistication and frequency. In many organizations, executives know that cyber incidents can lead to high-profile losses, rampant media exposure, and damage to client, customer, or investor confidence. Deloitte’s cyber threat war-gaming services help organizations establish “muscle memory” and multi-function coordination to better manage the business crises that cyber incidents can cause.

As a part of this exercise, participants will learn how cyber war gaming can be used to navigate the complexities of cyberattacks, mitigate risk through preparedness, and increase overall business resilience. Scenario events will be injected in the form of short video clips and images with additional background provided by the facilitator. Following each video clip, a panel will provide insight on leading practices as they analyze 3 action choices presented to them. After each panel discussion, members of the audience will be asked to vote on the action choice they think is best using SMS / text message
