The big shift - Moving from transactional to relationship-driven commerce
Recent studies confirm that while 50% of first purchases are captured by Retailers, only 34% of consumers return. Instead, 47% of consumers go to Marketplaces like Amazon to buy again. As a result, retailers are responding with innovative programs to build relationships that bring their customers back to them. In this session, we will present survey results capturing the retailer “state of mind” around a recurring, customer-driven model and hear from a panel of retailers who have implemented successful programs to build relationship-driven commerce.
