Stacey Griffith is among the most acclaimed fitness instructors working today and has been hailed as a “miracle worker” by her cult-like band of indoor cyclists, as well as the press. She is a Founding Senior Master Instructor at SoulCycle, and one of the iconic faces of the brand.  A transplant from Los Angeles, Stacey’s motivational coaching style is uniquely her own, combining a passion for dance, athleticism, and mind-blowing music—all set to the beat of her voice. She has been delivering sold-out indoor cycling classes since 1996.

It is her life experiences that set Stacey apart from other trainers. A fitness instructor since the 80’s, she also studied yoga in India and walked across 12-feet of hot coals as a guest of Anthony Robbins for his “Awaken the Giant Within” retreat. She is a certified personal trainer, with an impressive personal training background earning success with extreme weight loss and overall health for her clients.
Stacey has become known as an inspirational fitness guru because of her extraordinary teaching and coaching skills. It is this expertise that earned her the position of lead SoulCycle instructor and motivator on Oprah Winfrey’s 2014 Life You Want tour. Stacey is also a Contributing Columnist for Motto.com, a contributor on SELF.com and a columnist for Footwear News.

She is the author of the upcoming book, Two Turns From Zero, published by William Morrow, an imprint of HarperCollins Publishers available March 2017.
