Hailing from New Jersey, Robert Nieporet has been working in restaurants for over 15 years.  After working as a busboy and purchasing assistant, he went on to study at Cornell's School of Hotel Administration.  Upon graduation, Robert went to work for Avero, the leading provider of business intelligence for restaurants, and eventually went on to lead their East Coast account team.  From there, he joined the team at Epicurean Group (dell'anima, L'Artusi, L'Apicio), serving as a General Manager and eventually Director of Restaurant Systems.  In April 2016, he joined Anthony Rudolph and Sandra Di Capua to help open their first restaurant, Kellogg's NYC.
