Patricia is responsible for a global team that creates marketing strategies for the retail, consumer products and travel and transportation industries. She leads development of IBM industry strategy, communications, enablement, events, campaigns and social activities that engage customers, influencers and partners. For over 20 years, Patricia has been in the retail industry. Her career experience extends beyond IBM, including executive positions at Fujitsu ICL, Stores Automated Systems Inc. (SASI) and Lawson Software, among others.
