Michael’s involvement with retail spans more than 25 years, having held positions in management, merchandising, and HR before joining MOHR Retail’s predecessor, a training & consulting firm. Four years later, he purchased the retail division of that firm, and formed what has grown to be MOHR Retail. He is the author of The New Negotiation Mindset: Guarantee A Bigger Slice, and is a longstanding member of NRF as well as ISA.
