Mark Lloyd is the Consumer Online Officer for the Global Connected Customer Experience (GCCX) division of General Motors. He is responsible for bringing connected service experiences to market for owners, drivers and passengers of Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac connected vehicles. His current focus is on the growth and scaling of OnStar AtYourService, an online commerce platform that connects drivers with retailers and merchants on their drive. AtYourService provides OnStar subscribers with information, convenience and valuable offers tied to their specific destinations.

Mark’s background includes more than 25 years of experience with a focus on mobile technology. Prior to his role at GM, he worked as Managing Director at HTC, delivering new product offerings that secured substantial new revenue streams. In the process of new product development, Mark has been instrumental in establishing detailed roadmaps that guide businesses through both the technology and business environments to assure success.
Mark has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University, a master’s degree in Computer Engineering from University of Illinois, and a Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.
