Under Armour
Kurt Kendall is the Global Head of Consumer Engagement at Under Armour. His team is focused on creating value for consumers across Under Armour’s apparel, footwear, and digital businesses. With over 150 million users globally, Under Armour’s Connected Fitness™ platform is the worlds largest fitness and nutrition community providing digital solutions to help athletes of all levels lead healthier and more active lifestyles. Key initiatives for his team include the creation of a single integrated view of the consumer, personalizing a consumer’s experience at every digital touchpoint, and the development of new premium services for mobile consumers around the globe.

Prior to joining Under Armour, Mr. Kendall held leadership positions in both management consulting and industry. Most recently Mr. Kendall was with consultancy Kurt Salmon where he was the managing partner for their Merchandising, Marketing, and Digital practice and a member of the North American leadership team. In that role he assisted clients with business strategy and operational improvement in the areas of omnichannel, globalization, merchandising, and advanced analytics. Mr. Kendall was an executive at Sears Holdings where he held several positions including Vice President of Customer Strategy and Vice President of Enterprise Analytics. Mr. Kendall also was with McKinsey & Company as a Senior Expert focused on marketing, pricing, advanced analytics, and big data.

Mr. Kendall received a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science magna cum laude from the University of Maryland.
