Jeff Rosenfeld is the Vice President of Customer Insight and Analytics for The Neiman Marcus Group. He brings over 16 years of industry experience in analytics. He is responsible for personalization, advanced analytics, big data, statistical modeling, media mix attribution, experimental design, market research, customer insight, and business intelligence. This includes support for the Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Last Call, Horchow, and CUSP brands across all purchase channels. Jeff got his MBA from Emory University with a focus in decision sciences, and a bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Brandeis University.
