Throughout his career, Mr. Watts has held senior leadership positions at multiple leading consumer and healthcare companies in the United States and internationally. He joined the Vitamin Shoppe from Weight Watchers International, where he most recently served as President, Weight Watchers Health Solutions.
Prior to Weight Watchers, Mr. Watts served as Chief Innovation Officer, Walgreens, where he led the company’s Corporate Innovation division. He has also held senior leadership positions at Campbell Soup Company, and was Worldwide President, McNeil Consumer Healthcare and Worldwide President, McNeil Nutritionals, part of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies.
Mr. Watts holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University, a Masters in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
