Carolyn Yapp is currently the GM for Customer Marketing Insights & Retail Payments/ Loyalty Programs at Shell Oil Company working in Global Retail Marketing. She has been at Shell over 30 years in various roles in the Retail business. Her experience includes everything from Territory Sales Representative looking after Retail operations, Sales Development roles, to Business Transformation, Program Development and Strategy development roles. For the last 15 years, she has worked primarily in the Payments and Loyalty space responsible for activities in the Americas and for the past 6 years, all over the world.
